After we start the peachtree will have the following Screen.

 As we want to setup a new company we will click on the option of              “setup a new company” the following screen will appear.

By clicking the option of next button following option will be open which will be ask about company information For example company name, address ,city ,telephone etc.

                                                    

After give the company information you will see following chart it will ask about your nature of company .If we are going to start a new company of Retail, service, construction etc we will choose 1st option you can see in following chart.

                                         

If we are going to start our company about an extensive chart of accounts we will choose 2^nd  option .

After this If we are going to copy setting from an existing peachtree acoounting company we will choose 3^rd option.

                                                                                                                                                                    

After this If we are going to Convert a company from another accounting Program we will choose 4^th option

If we are going to build our own company we will choose 5^th option .

After this Peachtree will ask about accounting Method if we choose accrual or cash base method Following window will be open and one thing more Once you choose an accounting method it cannot be changed.

After this we will see Posting method which will be asked about Real time and Batch .You can change the posting methods at any time .

After this software will ask about time period. You can see in following window.

                                                                 

After this choosing time perios Software will ask about monthly time period 

After this we will see following window which will be about completion of setup of new company.
